Glass Bridging
Where a frameless glazing system has been used in the building construction, the glass panes are edged to one another without the use of a traditional frame and structural silicon is used to connect them.
The glass is connected to the framework of the building, but in circumstances where they suffer breakage or nickel sulphide inclusions, it is easy for a high percentage of the glass to fall to the ground.
To avoid dangerous situations, Flexi25 is used to bridge the gap between two panes and provide a secure fixing to stop any of the glass from falling.
Flexi25 is the only glass anchoring system that can achieve this on frameless glazing installations, unlike other systems it creates a very strong bond by laying completely flat (180 degrees) across the joint providing the perfect bridge and a strong bond between panes.
